I'd like to try and avoid using "Me" - it seems that word doesn't show up in interfaces much. I could do "My Assigned Tickets" and "My Open Requests", perhaps... other suggestions?

Some users are finding the titles/headings for the ticket lists to be a bit confusing/vague, eg. for the blocks listing "My Requests" and "My Tickets". What if these are changed: from "My Requests" to "Tickets Requested by Me" from "My Tickets" to "Tickets Assigned to Me" Or something similar?
