For now, I solved this by adding a custom renderer for Horde_Tree. 
Doing that data I see that the data are looped at lest four times 
before we display them. A way to reduce this must be found, or maybe 
batter, start to think about caching the rendered thread.

If you hide bodies, the threads list is ordered correctly, but if you 
show bodies, there's no difference except indentation between flat and 
threaded view.
