I am using whups-1.0-cvs. Today when I run the whups test it gives the following error: "The Horde_Util package was not found". I think I have to re-install the horde framework.

I can't reproduce this. Are you using latest everything?

While creating new queue, the Queue/Type association is not saved even though the checkboxes are enabled. The user have to again associate them from Queue/Type Matrix tab.
