This is done now. Attributes could benefit from being a bit more flexible (eg. allowing different form elements other than just the text element) but that's unrelated to this bug so I'll close this one now.

Yeah, definitely. There are other things with attributes that can no doubt be cleaned up.

The attribute column seems only appear in the whups's update function.In my thought i think maybe we can add it to NEW ticket window to allow user provide other important information we need,e.g platform. D.C
