No, this is exactly how meeting planning is supposed to work.

We have a trouble reescheduling meetings. The problem appears when I have a meeting in my calendar and I want to reschedule it. This is only possible if I'm the meeting's owner. If I'm not the owner I can reeschedule it but nobody has notice about this. At the moment, the procedure we use to reeschedule a meetings is "manual": the people interested in reeschedule the meeting sends a mail to the owner and he changes the meeting sending the notification to all the attendees. Any idea to solve this manual process? Thanks.
