The reason is that the Log package takes the table name for the sql 
driver in the same parameter like the file name for the file driver. 
Thus we have to use the same name for the form field in the 
configuration.

On the "Logging" tab of the Horde setup, switching from File to SQL 
does not change the value of the textbox labeled "The table to log to" 
so it remains "/tmp/horde.log". Also, shouldn't there be a default for 
the horde_log table?
