Only committed to the stable branch because it will be superceeded by ~~ticket #4263~~.

Because horde has mixed case usernames and IMAP usernames are always lowercase it's necessary to convert horde usernames to lowercase when using them as keys in an array. Unfortunately I'm unable to work against CVS, so the attached patch is against stable.
