please do. But calling something that you yourself are quoting from
the changelog a high-priority bug isn't productive.

I noticed in the changelog this reference:
[cjh] Only allow users to assign Share permissions for groups they are
members of.
OK, that can make sense in some environments, but I was extremely
disappointed that this is by default and there are no options to
revert to showing ALL groups again!
I'm sure this functionality is critical for many users, myself
included. I will be reverting back to 3.1.1 until this is resolved.
