Forwarding has been improved in 4.2. The message forwards fine there, although your example message is very broken and has lots of 8bit characters so forwarding via message/rfc822 gives no guarantees that the original message will be transported correctly.

Till today, I was under impression that, the problem is with attachement of eml files only. But, our user reported for inline images. I checked and found to be true. I am using currently IMP 4.1.3.

I had reported the same problem in the mailing list and Mr.David Chang pointed me to this bug ID and it exactly matches my problem.

I have reproduced this problem in our systems. It appears to occur when users forward an email containing an attachment to their own address.

Confirmed. Btw, forwarding the message from the mailbox view produces a message that makes my server segfault.

I found such mail usually contain [message/rfc822] attachments.

Receiving zero size attachment(s),wich forwarded from message view in imp 4.1.2. The problem happen only for some of mails and forwarded in "message view" not mailbox view. The original message (Fwd.eml) was attached. Env: Horde 3.1.2 + IMP 4.1.2 David Chang
