Someone using an LDAP prefs backend needs to look into this.

Warning: ldap_mod_replace() [function.ldap-mod-replace]: Modify:
Strong(er) authentication required in
/usr/share/php/Horde/Prefs/ldap.php on line 470

I get the above error when creating new filter rules using Ingo.
Interestingly if I create the rule it seems to work fine, then if I
try to re-order rules I get this error. As well it seems that the
rules are not saved, if I go to some other module and then return to
the ingo module, I am shown an old set of rules (from before this
error started showing up). The rules are not saved regardless of
whether or not I see the above error.

Other preferences seem to be saved.

I also see this same error when running the cli backend for Klutz
