The 'folders' parameter does not exist in servers.php in IMP 4.1.1.

When creating a folder on cyrus withOUT altname space setup, horde comes back with a Error The folder "asdf" was not created. This is what the server said: Permission denied It seems to come from line 299 in imp/lib/Folders.php Horde does not seem to put a the inbox. in the folder name to be created even though folders=>'inbox.' is set in servers.php
