Syncml calendar sync puts all appointments on target device 1 hour
later than appointments on server.  I saw a post on the horde-sync
list on 12/16/05 that mentioned this bug, but can't find any other
reference.  This issue is with HEAD as of 05/04/06.
I can't reproduce this syncing either Outlook or Evolution with 8/6/06
HEAD. The 12/05/05 sync@ post mentions the problem when syncing with a
Palm, which should be a generic SyncML device like Evolution (correct?).

So is this bug resolved in current code?
