It looks like these tags don't have to be on the same line, only the first occurence is replaced.

From dev@lists: The images haven't been inside the if tags on purpose, because with the share support in Ingo, you might not have the permission to change a filter rule's state, but you should still see its state. OK - I'll revert. There seems to be a bug in Horde_Template's regex where multiple identical if tags in a single line confuse the parser.

filters.php is showing tags like "<if:filter.enablelink>", "</if:filter.enablelink>", etc. enableimg, disablelink, and disableimg, too.
