It looks like these tags don't have to be on the same line, only the 
first occurence is replaced.

The images haven't been inside the if tags on purpose, because with
the share support in Ingo, you might not have the permission to change
a filter rule's state, but you should still see its state.
OK - I'll revert.  There seems to be a bug in Horde_Template's regex 
where multiple identical if tags in a single line confuse the parser.

filters.php is showing tags like "<if:filter.enablelink>", 
"</if:filter.enablelink>", etc.

enableimg, disablelink, and disableimg, too.
