You're right, but there were no javascript errors, I had checked that. Just out of curiosity whats the difference between horde-framework and horde-HEAD, this was my mistake. Thanks and sorry for the trouble

Check the javascript console for errors next time. Your framework install and your horde don't match.

Under Administration->Setup->Horde (for example), none of the tabs are working (clicking doesn't lead nowhere). However if I click a tab and then click on 'Generate Horde Configuration', when the page reloads I'm sent to the tab I clicked in before.
