What's below messages mean ?
Added "customs horde.txt" as an attachment.
Did not attach "??? english.doc" as the file was empty.
Exactly what it says. PHP is telling us that the file is empty.
Whether PHP is wrong, or why the file is empty, if PHP is right, I
don't know. There is nothing we can do about it.
Can you let me know how do i debug is problem ?
You can make a short PHP script to see if this always happens on your server.

I can attach this file fine, both with Firefox from an UTF-8
filesystem as with IE from an NTFS filesystem.

Yes, the file is empty. I attach new Thai file name with data.

The previous version can do it.

The file *is* empty, so the error message is correct.
