Ah ok

this one i've not tried :)

But to make tickets "invisible" for guest would be a nice feature. Ok
i can get this also if i move the ticket to a closed queue ;)

It's about the content of that particular comment.

What i meant is the dropdown at the bottom of "People"

* Viewable only by members of          -> Dropdown

This seems to have no real function. I would understand this as a
function to restrict the ticket to an usergroup, so that the ticket is
no more viewable by anyone. So you can hide for example critical bugs
until they are solved.

You misunderstand the People tab. That's assignment, not permissions.

In the section "People" i can define to which group this ticket is viewable.

When i choose a group an submit the change. Whups says "Assign Ticket
Succeeded". But the change is not set. When i go back to the section
"People" then the ticket is further "viewable by members of anyone"

The queue is accessable by guest and they have the rights "show",
"read", "edit". So it seems that the guest are more privileged than
the changes i made afterwards.
