Can't do references to the imp session variable since there is no guarantee imp is running on the same system. Also, 'hordeauth' defaults to false everywhere so we shouldn't set it to true here.

updated suggested options for ssh2-based gollem. lib/version.php actually says H3 1.1-cvs.
