Just added the line
require_once 'Horde/History.php';
at the beginning of view.php
Seems that if someone is not authenticated against horde, the
Class-File History.php is not loaded.

I get this error if i try to view a ticket as a guest. The Task List
is viewable and readable to guests. But the ticket itself can't be
read because of the error above. I've also tried to give to guests the
right to view and read horde, but nothing changes.
Horde is configured to authenticate againts imp
