Oh, and this could be done by a custom script that you use to report spam too.

I can't think of a reliable way to not create too many false reports, 
especially if spammers are faking Received: headers.

I have an idea about "Spam Report" .

If the first few Received IP address could be convert domain name then 
send spam to domain@abuse.net (via mail forwarding service 
Ref:http://www.abuse.net/howwork.html)

,if not report to the one where imp/conf.php was set.
