which could be solved in our system by adding
#correction for browsers that don't always handle SSL connections well
SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \
nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \
downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0
to our SSL-VHost.

to a mail sometimes after cklicking on "atttach" the message "The page
could not be displayed" is shown. It seems that it happens only with
some special Chars in "text" or "to". With "öäüß?!"§$%&/()" in both
fields i got the error message sometimes while adding two attachments.
I tested 4.1 RC3 because this problem is in Version 4.0.4 too.
