New Attachment: ingo.sql.patch
this patch removes "(XX)" behind INT from the file. Like this it is
possible to use ingo.sql with postgres. Perhaps there should be an
additional file called ingo.pgsql.sql if removing the "(XX)" from the
file renders ingo.sql unusable for other sql based databases.
