Webroot detection doesn't work for you and you didn't set it to a
correct value in config/registry.php.

I can't seem to navigate to any of the other php pages other than
/test.php without getting a 404 error. This means I can't install
Horde whatsoever.

I'm running Apache version v2.0.55 with PHP v5.1.2 and MySQL v5.0.18
and have all the required PEAR packages installed.

I was able to run previous (stable) Horde releases on the above
enviroment, but with PHP v5.0.x instead, even with test.php saying
about a PHP release from the future, but then with 5.1.x I would get a
PHP error at least. This is why I thought about using a RC. Hopefully
a solution can be sorted out before a final release, or perhaps i'm
doing something wrong? :)

All the files are there on the server, i'm just not sure as to why I
would be getting 404 errors though.
