Is there a deleted message on page 2 that is marked as unseen? There isn't. Further testing shows following symptoms: More then half of inbox are unread messages: start with page 2 - should be page 5 Less then half of inbox are unread messages: start with page 1 - should be page 5 No unread messages: start with page 5 - correct The more and less then half are just approximations. I didn't count the messages. I just noticed the behaviour while sorting out the emails from a single weekend.

Possibly the same one that has been fixed for HEAD http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=3018 In my case the start page in INBOX is always 2 while the first unseen message is on page 4 or 5.
