Horde user names are always case sensitive. Use a user name hook if
your authentication backend is not.

Steps to recreate:

1) Login as <username> (note lowercase) and create a Turba object.

2) Login as <USERNAME> and attempt to edit that object. You should see
that no button to edit the object exists.

I'm running the following code:

     * Forwards: 3.0-cvs

     * Horde: 3.0.9

     * Imp: H3 (4.0.4)

     * Ingo: H3 (1.0)

     * Kronolith: H3 (2.0.6)

     * Mimp: H3 (1.0-ALPHA)

     * Mnemo: H3 (2.0.3)

     * Nag: H3 (2.0.4)

     * Turba: H3 (2.0.5)

     * Vacation: 3.0-cvs
