Jan, close this, finally I found it, it was a database corrupt 
problem, I fix the database and is ok now.

No Jan, is just the menu, if I click some of the options they render
ok on the content frame, and I look but no erros, very strange.

Ah, that was a misunderstanding, I thought only the menu was blank,
not the whole frame.
This even more should produce an error message, it could be your web
server segfaulting for example.

I checked both, but there are no javascrpipts errors, and not php 
errors, see the screenshot.
Check for javascript errors in the status bar and php errors in the
source code, or the php/webserver log file.

I upgraded to horde-3.0.9 on a ubuntu with php-5.0.5 and latest pear, 
everything works fine on firefox but when a load the apps in Internet 
Explorer the left menu bar is blank, my php install here:

Any ideas??
