It's my fault,after update framework the problem was gone.

how to update the framework?? i am using horde 3.2-ALPHA..and i found 
the same error like him..

Looking at those screenshots, it's obvious that you haven't updated 
your framework recently enough to fix some DataTree issues. Dollars to 
donuts, that's what's wrong with the permissions.

Both "All Authenticated Users" and Guest have grant "Show Read Edit 
Delete" priviliges on whups application level but auth user still 
could not add any ticket.

Well, the fact that you just created this ticket should point out that 
this is a configuration issue for you somewhere. Perhaps you didn't 
give people permissions to Whups on an application level.



Also, use more words when you report bugs. I have only the vaguest 
idea what you're talking about in the comment you added.

user (except whups's administrator) can create ticket.
