It was not possible to find any difference between the two servers (images with same horde, imp configurations). We have reinstalled the server, now is all ok. -> MAYBE A BOGUS

So what is the difference between the two servers?

- Horde H3 (3.0.5) / Imp: H3 (4.0.4) - we have 2 production servers. After the installation of IMP 4.0.4 on 1 server the special character are not displayed (gel??st-> gelöst). After a come back to IMP 4.0.3 all is ok. Thes behaviour can be reproduced many times (move of old/new imp directorys under "$DOCUMENTROOT/horde". - on the second server the new release of IMP works fine
