It's looks like the same, jan. and notthing changed. However the
history view for sort of page didn't attached file ever in here.
Huh?

And by the way, these fixes don't magically fix already broken data,
they only work for new submitted attachments.
Thanks you,jan.

First i thought, i am not expaln my situation very well. Only
change_log field display incorrectly at history view, others fields
like, version,Author looks good. The weird thing is ,such situation
didn't happen in RecentChanges view.

Second, all my chang_log in history table were saved in big5 format
already,so there are no broken data inside sql backend i thought.

Third, I didn't add any attachment to any of my pasges in my wiki.

Well, I can't see anyplace where the changelog isn't converted the
same way we convert the page body and everything else. If you can find
the codepath that's wrong, that'd be very helpful.

The only place it looks like this could have been possible was for
attachments. Can you update and test again?

The change_log field didn't auto converted to utf8 charset in history view.

All change_log fields were save with big5/chinese format in sql backend.
