RTF has been removed from the wvhtml msword driver.

In distributed horde/config/mime-drivers.dist rtf-files are handled with wvHtml, but wvHtml does not know how to handle rtf-files. If user has received rtf-file as an attachment and tries to view it then she only receives a new blank browser window. Proposed solution: create a separate mime-handler entry for rtf-files and comment out the mime-types of rtf-files from the msword section.
