Please ask for help on the mailing lists. You are having severe configuration issues, but this is not a bug report.

once logged in, the folders in the mail subdirectory do not display. the login screen is displayed in its place. when composing a message to a contact from the address book, a resume your session page appears and prompts the user to login again and again but has yet to allow us to actually send mail.
