Either his browser has an old CSS file in the cache, or he is using a
broken theme, but you didn't tell us which one.

reported by a user - this seems to happen regardless of theme.

"I have found a minor graphics bug with the Webmail

using Internet Explorer 6 SP 1 for Windows 2000.

I found the problem on the main mailbox listing, though it may occur

on others. When I hover the mouse cursor over a button in the blue

bar at the top of the page (the one with Inbox, Compose, etc.) the

gray content area below shifts down 2 or 3 pixels. When I move the

mouse over a text link in the dark gray area (Move, Copy, etc. at the

top or Delete, Undelete at the bottom) OR the sort links at the top,

the content area shifts back up. I can go back and forth, shifting

the content area up and down repeatedly. This doesn't cause any

problems in using the site, but it is annoying."
