Upgrading to Horde 3.0.5 and IMP 4.0.4 fixes this problem.

Funny, the mail from the bugtracking system does just this, take a look at the attachment... Using IMP to access a pop mailbox, PHP5. After deleteing some messages, some (not deleted) messages show the body of already deleted messages. The headers etc. are correct, and when I reply to such a message, I see the correct body.
