We don't decode headers at the moment. Hi Jan. Could you give a hint which file to hack to resolve this problem ? Thx. David

Hi all: Summary was full with many question mark "?" in summary line of ticket,which created through mail-filter.php. P.S Other headers decode correctly and added to ticket. David Chang
