Fixed. In this case it was a whups bug, so this was the right place. If you think something is wrong with bugs.horde.org instead of with Whups, file it in the Horde Project Systems queue.

Forgot to add - this is seen while viewing an individual bug, from search results, or responding to a bug, like I'm doing now.
