No... I fixed another ul bug, but this is still a problem for me with 
Safari 1.3 (aka OSX 10.3).

ULs are not allowed inside SPANs, but you should get this warning with 
any menu. IIRC this was introduced with the RTL patches.

I'm using Safari 1.3 on OSX 10.3.9 and I'm looking at the Admin | 
Setup page.  The main content is way off to the right.  The left side 
of the main content is lined up with the right side of the top menu.   
I ran the html through tidy and the warning was:



line 16 column 2 - Warning: missing </span> before <ul>

line 18 column 5 - Warning: inserting implicit <span>
