Some complex combinations of events with overlapping times are 
displayed incorrectly in day-view.



The wrong colspan values are sometimes generated for the table, 
causing cells to overlap, and other cells to be missed out (which 
Internet Explorer, at least, renders as a transparent section).



I have attached a screenshot of the output for some test events which 
I entered, which shows the problem.  (The orange/pink colored cell on 
the right is where a <td> is missing, and the background of the page 
is showing through).
