You understand that Chora just looks at your cvs server, and is not itself the cvs server, right? You can get diffs with a number of widely available hooks. That said, it may make sense at some point to put in a generic Chora hook that can be run on commits that would be capable of doing this kind of thing...

Would be nice if the CVS system could email a group the diff's when a file is updated to CVS so that a group can keep up with each other on file checkouts/changes. Thanks.
