date_format is a standard Horde preference.



Btw, I don't mind this being raised either on the list or here in the 
db, but it'd be simpler if you only did it in one place instead of us 
having to respond in both.

There is no date_format in prefs.php.dist, as far as I can see... only 
report_time_format.  Personally, I think it's better to keep these 
prefs separate.  The search view can get cluttered with full 
timestamps, but this is valuable in the ticket detail.  First patch is 
for templates/comment.inc.

That covers comment display, but not the basic ticket properties that 
are rendered by Horde_Form.

Just set a different value for the date_format preference.

Maybe I missed this but it would be nice to see an exact time when 
ticket was created and sam for resolved.
