for non-matrix permissions. Will look into it.

- Make sure you have a permission for Whups, whups:queues, and at
least one individual queue.
- Add a child permission (either Assign or Update) to one of the queue
permissions.
- Edit the new Assign/Update permission and check off the box for a Group.
- Go back and add another group.
The next time you look at the groups screen (and thereafter, until you
remove all groups or delete the permission wholesale) the groups won't
be shown in the list; instead, you'll see "-1" next to a checkbox,
then the dropdown with all groups in it.
That help?

Summary ⇒ Can't add a second group to assign/update permissions
Assigned to Jan Schneider
Taken from
It's something to do with the 'matrix' type vs 'boolean'. Jan, it's in
Perms/datatree.php :: updatePermissions() where it goes bad. First
group is fine, second one and *poof*.
