As for apache (and Imp) - it's doing his job. Viewing page source shows that browser receives full page, but didn't displayed this.

As you noted, the message is extremely broken. Have you looked for segfaults in apache?

In some cases, opening message are 'frozens' browser. After clicking on message, page starts to load, and stops with only left menu displayed. Right part of the screen is whole blank. It issue is for IE only, tested on 5.0, 5.5 and 6.0sp1. Mozilla shows that messages right. NB - As you can see (in attachment) - messages, what cause this issue is not conform RFC standarts (8bit symbols in Subject, etc...). May be it just IE bug, but with IMP v3 this message shows pretty good.
