Well, I had hard time figuring what was happening with my bookmarks 
because of this... your call, but I suspect many will get the same 
problems when upgrading.

You don't need to check for null here, use isset. And do we really 
need to do stuff like this to preserve behavior in HEAD code? When 
it's released it'll be an entirely new version with upgrade 
instructions - I don't see the need to put nonsensical-looking stuff 
into the code like this.

This patch restores the previous behavior for the "browse" attribute 
added recently to the turba/config/sources.cfg file. It will make a 
source browsable by default if this attribute is NOT set or set to 
FALSE.
