it also appears as if that was the issue holding this ticket up. This
has been added (HEAD only).
though a lot of larger sites use cover sheets to take care of this
universally. It could even be a site config option, for just admins to
turn on/off. Could even just do this for all print stylesheets
optionally or something.
seems to have a different opinion. It should at least be a preference,
but I still prefer a local patch.

message that is printed out. I don't know if others would find this
useful or not. Our legacy email client added this, and its beneficial
in our environment, as one user pointed out, "There are ten of us that
share one printer and its difficult to distinguish between printed
messages without a Printed by:".
Uses the fullname, if its set, or the username otherwise. If its
accepted, the actual formatting of the Printed By: header could
probably be changed, to set it off from the actual message header a bit.
