There are a number of things that can cause this, all of them configuration problems - user doesn't have an email address set, you told whups not to send mail, user is set not to get mail for their own updates, etc.

I a new Horde user, installed some days ago. On whups, when a user open a ticket and this ticket is changed (by queue manager or assigned responder) no e-mail notification is received by user. This is correct ? Or i need make some configuration ?
