restart apache. This is documented multiple places, is a duplicate of
other bogus tickets, and has NOTHING to do with Horde. It's a VERY
long-standing bug in eAccelerator and mmcache that no one seems to
care about except to yell at us when it's not our problem.

I was able to reproduce the bug with current cvs version. I am not
able to explain but yesterday in the afternoon the bug went away
without reason and today it's there again.
Tested with different browsers, cache emptied etc.
