Having updated to a more recent HEAD (than the one reported), I no 
longer see this problem. Very strange (unless something was fixed in 
the meantime). Consider it fixed I suppose; if I see it again, I'll 
try to re-connect to this issue.

Using HEAD20050320, I created a few new categories today; one of which 
was named "Frånvaro"; unfortunately, the "å"-character was garbled. It 
looks like a classic character-set problem (UTF8 vs ISO8559-1 maybe?)..
