No idea what you are talking about. Create a new ticket in the correct queue and explain exactly what your are seeing under which conditions, and provide exact steps to reproduce this and/or example data uploaded as an attachment.

PHP-generated emails containg German and Scandinavian letters (å, ä, ö) are converted to Chinese letters, question marks and 䬬 symbols.
