Consider this an approved idea for a Horde application. I don't think
it does much good to have requests for whole new applications in the
bug tracker, though.

I dont know if anybody posted any idea like this before, but i think
it would be great to have inside horde an application where users can
upload files, tha would be stored for a configurable amount of time
may be in the sql DB or may be in an ftp and then the system can send
and e-mail to one or more addresses  defined in that moment with a
link to download that file.

I know this sounds very similar to the "link attachments" in IMP, but
thinking in a comercial enviroment, i think this could be a great
thing. Setting different quotas, different file sizes, different data
transfers, different "maximum storage time" etc for each user.
