I should be more precise.  There is some internal error handling going
on which prevents improper data from being saved.  However, the user
is is not informed of the problem.  Ideally, they should be prevented
from entering letters in a numeric field.

Go to any task

enter edit mode

select the radio button for alarm

replace the "15" with any letters

Hit Save Task

Will not save the value, however will not provide any error handling.
