Here we go with a solution for this issue as well as for the fact that Horde didn't check the IMAP folder annotations but relied on untranslated (!) folder names. Please review. TIA

There is a missing class Kolab_Cyrus used in the method which has been used in an older version of Horde/Kolab.php and which no longer exists. Activating the method results in a non-working folder tree.
