Please re-upload a _unified_ diff against the latest LDAP driver (it's 
changed) that includes only the actual changes and doesn't simply 
change the indenting on some lines.

When you specify a custom hook for usernames with '@' symbol and 
define a realm to use for ldap login, the $urealm variable has the 
domain appended twice. I will attach a fix.
